Roles and permissions

Create groups of users and set permissions
All users with access to the workspace can be find under settings > members.
Members
Every user belong to a role. Roles are defined under settings > roles.
Roles
When you add a new user you select what role to give the user. The role will determine what pages a user has access to.
Set roles for new users

Owner

Admin

  • Same access rights as an Owner less the right to delete a workspace

Basic users

  • Only has access to given pages
  • Doesn't have access to any page by default
  • Cannot create or delete pages

Setting page access

As an owner or admin, when you're on a page, head over to edit and select page access. You'll be able to set specific email permission or groups permission.
