Roles and permissions
Create groups of users and set permissions
All users with access to the workspace can be find under settings > members.
Every user belong to a role. Roles are defined under settings > roles.
When you add a new user you select what role to give the user. The role will determine what pages a user has access to.
Owner
- Has access to Data View and AI Assistant Lenny
- Has access to all pages
- Can create and delete pages
- Can set page access
Admin
- Same access rights as an Owner less the right to delete a workspace
Basic users
- Only has access to given pages
- Doesn't have access to any page by default
- Cannot create or delete pages
Setting page access
As an owner or admin, when you're on a page, head over to edit and select page access. You'll be able to set specific email permission or groups permission.
